William “Bill” Pullman Jr., 59, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at home in his favorite recliner. He was born on February 20, 1964, in Kingston, NY.
William served in the United States Army from 1985 to 1988. During his time in the service, he was stationed in Fulda, Germany from 1985-1988 in the 11th Calvary Blackhorse Squadron. After his active-duty service, he went on to join the Army Reserves. Bill was honorably discharged from the Army.
After his service time, William worked for Walden Books & Software. He then worked for Spectrum for 27 years, where he was a construction coordinator.
William was a member of the Showboat Theatre in Eddyville and performed in Lenten Plays at the Bloomington Dutch Reformed Church. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed bowling. He was a faithful Eagles fan and a very very advert Yankees fan. Bill was also a member of the Quarter Century Club at Spectrum. He was also a NYS Master Forest Owner Volunteer.
He is survived by his wife Marjorie Pullman, brother-in-law Joseph (Jocy) Colao, sister-in-law Marie (Ed) Steedle, his niece Claire (Bill) Rowan, and his nephew Daniel Steedle. His niece Sabrina (David) Blaiklock, nephew Joseph Colao, III, grandnieces Gia Rowan, Kyla Rowan, little bean, and Alyssandra Steedle, grandnephews EJ Steedle and Christopher Tena. His cousins Peggy Uhl, Frank (Mary Lou) Stapleton, second cousins Charles Stapleton, Derick Stapleton, Frank Stapleton and Patrick Stapleton. Bill is also survived by his cats Piper and Chappie Sinclair and dog Maxwell. Friends and (family) from Spectrum. His brother Henry Pullman, his sister Judith Falcon, nephew Isaac Falcon and his niece Christina Spindler.
William is preceded in death by his father-in-law Joseph A. Colao, mother-in-law Margaret Stapleton Colao and cousin Jimmy Uhl, Sr.. His dogs SuSu, Bubba, General Bradley, and Sally. His cats Gray and Blue. And his mother Mary Wells.
Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Friday December 15, 2023, at St. Mary's RC Church, 160 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401.
