William H Williams

William H. Williams, 88, of the Town of Ulster died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born in West Park, NY, he was a son of the late Benjamin H. & Dorothy Buley Williams. Bill was a veteran of the US Navy having served during WWII in the pacific theater. He was a member of the Kingston Masonic Lodge #10. Bill enjoyed metal detecting, trout fishing, taking car rides and spending time with his family. He is survived by three children, Kevin W. Williams and his wife Sallie of Marco Island, FL, Brian L. Williams and his wife Diane of West Hurley, Denis G. Williams and his wife Cheryl of Brewster, MA, five grandchildren, Lindsay S. McKay, Ryan Williams, Eric B. Williams, Erin K. Williams and Marc D. Williams. Two great grandchildren, Sarah and Caitlin and several nieces and nephews also survive. William will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave, on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Charles Stickley Interment, with military honors by Joyce-Schirick Post 1386 Color Guard, will follow in Pine Bush Cemetery.
