Kingston - William George Frangis, 82, of Hillside Terrace, Kingston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at The Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, NJ. He was born September, 5, 1932 in Manchester, NH, to the late Nicholas and Artemis (Chakas) Frangis. He was predeceased by his loving wife Elaine, and brothers Paul, Frank, and a sister Mary. After working at IBM for 35 years, he retired in 1991. In his retirement he enjoyed golfing, woodworking projects, restoring antique furniture, and working in the yard. He especially loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends. He is survived by his children William Frangis and wife Cathy of Kingston, Thomas Frangis of Mahwah, NJ, Nancy Frangis and her husband Archer Rosenblum of Millington, NJ, and Cynthia Frangis of Kingston. Also surviving are his loving grandchildren, Kaitlyn Onyon and her husband Paul, Nicholas Frangis and his fiancée Allison Lindhorst, Luke and Gabriel Frangis, David and Alyssa Rosenblum, and Kristen and Jessica Caprotti. Friends and family will be received at the Keyser Funeral and Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev.
