William "Billy" Tyler

William Billy Tyler, of Kingston, who died Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Billy was a resident of Palmer House. He attended The ARC of Ulster Greens Pecora Day Hab until 2011. Billy enjoyed music. He was especially fond of Michael Jackson, Jazz, Big Band, and Mo-town. Some of his favorite activities included sitting outside on the porch with his housemates, relaxing in his recliner, and going for strolls in his wheelchair to other Palmer houses. Billy is survived by his many friends and family at the ARC of Ulster. Billy will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by an 11:00 AM Funeral Service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Montrepose Cemetery.
