Ulster Park - Walter E. Hamilton, Sr. of Clay Rd. died Friday, June 16, 2017 at HealthAlliance Hospital. He was 87. He was born in Kingston, a son of the late Bernard and Orpha Every Hamilton. For over 30 years, he served as a custodian in the Kingston Consolidated Schools. He was a bowler in earlier years and enjoyed wood carving but his greatest hobby was his family. Surviving is his wife, Agnes Bridge Hamilton, a son, Walter (Diane) Hamilton, Jr. of Kingston; three daughters, Darlene (William) Loeffler of Kingston, Kristine Montana of Watervliet and Thelma Bagley of Kerhonkson. Eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and an expected great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews also survive. A daughter, Denise Bockelmann; five sisters, Lorraine Bridge, Marlene Sandy, Evelyn Vedder, Olive Bogart and Thelma Amorosi and five brothers, Bernard, Claude, Reginald, Robert and Ronald Hamilton died previously. Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston. A graveside service will be conducted by Rev.
