Vincent Gilbert Walker

Vincent Gilbert Walker, 79, of Ulster Park, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston. He was born June 24, 1936 in Margaretville. He married his wife of 31 years, Kathleen (Terpening) Walker, they wed on May, 18th 1984.

Vincent was an Onteora High School Graduate. He later served his country in the US Navy from 1955 until his honorable discharge in 1958. He was a Life Member of the Port Ewen Fire Department where he had served as Assistant Chief for many years. He loved deer hunting and camping at the White Birches Camp Ground in Windham, NY.

In addition to his wife, Kathleen, he is survived by his son, Vincent G. Walker Jr. and his fiancée Annaca Warnecke, his grandson, Vincent G. Walker, III, his niece Pam Petruski and her husband Brian, his nephew, Wayne Clausi and his wife Kathy, as well as his good friends Jim & Pat Reuss. He is predeceased by his mother, Eva Walker, his siblings, Gordon Walker, Sarah Clausi, and his adopted daughter, Lois.
