Vera K. Kolbe

Vera K. Kolbe, 89, of Rhinebeck, NY, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at the Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck, NY. She was born June 22, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY to the late George Bottman and Elsie (Fliedner) Bottman.

She was married to Louis J. Kolbe who passed away in 1977.

She was a member of the Living Word Chapel in West Hurley for many years.

Vera is survived by her son Louis W. Kolbe and his wife Ruth of Milton, NY, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her daughter, Thea Roberts.

Entrusted to the care of the A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, NY 12401 where friends may call on Saturday from 12 - 2 pm with the funeral service at 2pm.

Burial will be on Monday June 13th at the All Faith Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
