Trudy Grant

Trudy Lee Koyon Grant, 45, of Yorktown, VA, formerly of Saugerties, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018. Trudy was a military spouse and was a resident of the peninsula for the last 6 years. She was very active in the Grafton School Community, Langley Youth Bowling and with the Girl Scouts of Yorktown. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband Todd David Grant; her son Zachary Zac Zac her daughter Jenna; her father Richard Koyon; a sister Paula Panke and her mother-in-law Jean Risdal. Trudy was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Koyon. Trudy will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor John Stetson from the New Paltz Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Interment will follow in Montrepose Cemetery.
