Port Ewen- Tina KC-Motluck of Hasbrouck St. died Thursday, November 11, 2004 at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She was 39.
She was born August 19, 1965 in Kingston, a daughter of James Ellsworth and Carole Oster Ellsworth.
She was a co-founder and operator of Call of the Wild Rehabilitation Center in Port Ewen. She was a member of the New York State Wild Life Rehabilitation Council and a member of Farm Sanctuary-East.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her partner, Lisa KC-Motluck and her sister, Dawn M. Ellsworth of Port Ewen.
Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Monday from 2 – 4 & 7 –9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Cremation will follow at Wiltwyck Cemetery.
