Thomas Orr

formerly of Rifton, NY, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at
The Alice Hyde Memorial Hospital, Malone, NY.
Mr. Orr was born July 20, 1912 in Cornwall, NY,
the son of the late William A. & Amelia (Cutler) Orr.
Husband of the late Florence Orr who died February 19, 2008.

He had been employed by Shults Paint, Kingston
as a salesman until his retirement.
He had also been in the trophy business; he was an avid bowler,
had been in the Rifton Fire Department serving in various capacities,
was active with the Perrine's Covered Bridge Restoration and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by two daughters, Joan M. and her husband Herman Stein of Rhinebeck, NY, Arleen M. and her husband Bruce M. Bonesteel of North Bangor, NY, 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, brother of the late Mary, Howard and Elmer Orr.

Services will be private at the discretion of the family.
