Theresa A. Schrader

Town of Ulster- Theresa A. Schrader of Stoll Court died Sunday, December 21, 2003 at Golden Hill Health Care Center in Kingston. She was 74. She was born October 24, 1929 in Kingston, a daughter of the late William and Katherine Buchanan McCloskey. She was employed by IBM in the cafeteria and as a receptionist for 22 years, retiring in 1989. She was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 1386 and had been a member of the Kingston Women’s Bowling Assoc. She is survived by her husband Vincent J. Schrader whom she married on October 9, 1954. Loving mother of Debra Ann Campbell and her husband, Brian, Katherine E. Schneider and her husband, Jay, Elaine E. Miggins and her husband, James Jr.; sister of Catherine McCloskey, Gerard and John McCloskey and the late Eleanor Cappillino, Francis, Philip, William Jr. and Michael McCloskey and grandmother of Michael and Erika Campbell, Jared Schneider, Cortney and Abigail Miggins. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral procession will form on Tuesday at 9:15 at the funeral home. At 10:00 am, a funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church by Fr. Edmond Burke. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
