Sylvia Hoskins

Sylvia Arroyo Hoskins, 95 of Ulster Park, NY, passed away on October 12, 2024. She was born September 5, 1929, in New York City.

She was an avid fan of scrabble where she played every Wednesday at the Starr Library with her scrabble buddies.

She is survived by her four daughters Susan Grider (Don), Margaret Garrison (William), Jane Holsapple (Robert), June McDonough (Bill) and Jerry Koran (son-in-law).

She was pre-deceased by her husband Harold F. Garrison and daughter Ann Louis Koran. She was Nana to six grandchildren Jennifer, Emilee, David, Bobby, Chris and Justin. She was great grandmother to twelve great grandchildren.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401. A Memorial Service will be held on October 22, 2024, from 11am-2pm at the Town of Esopus Community Center, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, NY 12487.
