Sylvia Fay, 85, of Kingston, died Thursday, April 22, 2021 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus.
Born in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Clement & Macel Goldman Smith. Sylvia was the May Queen of Kingston High School in 1954. She was also a cheerleader, baton twirler and met her future husband Robert in school. Sylvia was a parishioner of St. John’s Church, West Hurley. She was outgoing, liked to garden and spend time with her family.
Sylvia is survived by two sons, Michael Fay of Kingston and Gregory Fay of Kingston, a daughter, Christina Fay of Carolina, several grandchildren including Danny Fay and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sylvia was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Robert Fay and a brother, Jackie Smith.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.
