Susanna Morales

Susanna Morales, 57, of Saugerties, passed peacefully Monday, June 27, 2016 at Health Alliance Hospital Broadway Campus, Kingston, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 8, 1958 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late Raul and Emma Santos Morales.


She enjoyed being with her family, taking care of her grandchildren, cooking, helping others and "Betty Boop". She had a valiant spirit, battling cancer, her motto was "Life is a Journey"


A caring and giving person, Susanna worked as a Personal Care Aide for many years prior to her battle with cancer.


Susanna leaves behind, her children Akemy Morales, Michael Rodriguez, her fiancé Billy Rodriguez, her siblings Lupe Morales, Evelyn Rosado, Santiago Morales, Ingrid Morales - Velez, Giovanni Quiles and Rosalind Quiles, grandchildren, Dante Johnson, Angelena Spurgeon, Adrien Johnson and Anthony Mack and many cousins, nieces and nephews.


Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, the family will receive their friends on Thursday from 5 - 7 pm. The service will be at 7:00 pm
