Susan M. Acker

Susan M. Acker, 58, a lifelong resident of Kingston, died Thursday, February 10, 2022
at her home.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late John Acker and Beverly Russell Acker of Kingston.

Sue loved doing things with her great nephews, like swimming, playing, and having fun. She loved the family camp on Lake Sacandaga.
Susan is survived by three sisters, Debra Borst of Kingston, Daryl Wells of Saugerties, Beth Murphy of Eddyville, a brother, John Acker of Rhinebeck, a nephew, James Murphy of Saugerties, a niece, Kayla Murphy of Kingston., two great nephews, Stephen & Thomas, a great niece, Hazel. Several Aunts and Uncles also survive.

Susan will be reposing at the Simpson-Hammerl Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Monday February 14, 2022, from 4-7pm.

A Funeral Service will take place Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Paul Britton of Immanuel Luther Church, officiating.

Interment will follow in Montepose Cemetery.
