Stella R. Longin

Stella R. Longin, 89, of Hurley, passed peacefully Wednesday evening at the Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck, after a short illness. She was born January 12, 1924 in the Bronx, the daughter of the late Stephen and Walentya Hwalenski Longin.




Stella was a graduate of Kingston High School and for over 30 years had been employed by IBM Kingston as a secretary. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, and was an avid NY Yankee fan and enjoyed gardening




Stella is survived by her sister Anna Cusack and her husband Thomas Cusack of Kingston; she was predeceased by her brother Stephen Longin.
