Sherry Lynn Turner

Sherry Turner, 52, of Kingston, NY, passed away on July 2, 2022, at Kingston Hospital in Kingston, NY.  Sherry loved life. She should have had more of it. She was planning adventures and enjoying her family to her last days.

Sherry Lynn Turner was born on October 7, 1969 in Alvin, Texas and moved to New York in 1980. She always kept a bit 0f Southern sweetness. Sherry graduated from Rondout Valley Central School and Ulster County Community College.

Sherry was an avid cook, trying new recipes, and making fudge. Sherry also loved designing and making resin art and gardening. Sherry could make tomatoes and peppers grow in the tiny plot in front of her apartment. Above all she was best at being a mother.

Sherry is survived by her children, Amanda Turner, Sabrina Turner, and Taylor Naccarato. Her grandchildren, Blaze Shultis, Harley Shultis, and Luna Bellerose brought her great joy. She is survived by her parents Richard Leon King and Susan King, her brother Steven King and his wife Angela King and nephew Joe King and niece Hayley King. Sherry loved her kind and friendly neighbors. Her family appreciates their support.

Sherry is preceded in death by her grandmother Iwan Hatcher and grandparents Leon and Billie King.
