Sheila E. Sudlow

Sheila Evelyn Sudlow passed on August 2, 2021 at the Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Centetr. She was born on April 22, 1923 to the late Alexander and Evelyn (Budd) Ferguson in England while awaiting emigration to the U.S. with her mother and older brother to join her father.
On November 23, 1947, Sheila married the love of her life, Robert Sudlow. The family moved to Kingston in 1969 and Sheila began employment with the Ulster County Treasures Office where she retired as Chief Account Clerk. Sheila and Bob loved to travel and visited Alaska, Hawaii, Great Britain, France, Germany and China. Winters were spent in Florida and summers at their beloved Ocean Beach.

Sheila is survived by her son, Robert and and his wife, Nancy Jean, her daughter, Lynne and her husband, Martin Jordan and grandson, Kyle his wife Ashley Jordan and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Robert Sudlow and their son, Richard, brothers, Leslie and Sandy and niece, Lesley.

Arrangements are under the direction of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Kingston. There will be a graveside service on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. the Hurley Cemetery, Hurley, NY.
