Sharon Liepshutz of Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains died Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Rosary Hill Home. She was 62.
She was born in Kingston on May 3, 1945, a daughter of the late George and Eleanor Jacobson Farber. She received a Masters in Taxation form SUNY Albany. A Certified Public Accountant, for many years she had a practice in Kingston. From 2003 2007 she worked at Marks, Paneth and Shron in New York City.
A member of Congregation Ahavath Israel, Ms. Liepshutz belonged to the C.P.A. Association.
Surviving are one daughter Marci Werner and her husband Howard of Cortlandt Manor; two sons Todd Lipshutz and his wife Kristen of Orlando, FL and Douglas Liepshutz of New York City; one brother Gerald Farber and his wife Barbara of Town of Ulster; three grandchildren Jacob Werner, Andrew and Jamie Liepshutz; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be conducted on Monday at 12:15 PM from Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Avenue, Kingston. Rabbi Tamar Crystal of Congregation Ahavath Israel will officiate. Interment will be in Montrepose Cemetery.
