Ryan C. Panchak

Ryan Charles "PANNY" Panchak, 29, of Kingston, died Friday, September 17, 2010. He was born March 31, 1981 in Kingston, NY to Charles and Barbara Panchak.

Ryan was a Kingston High School Graduate in 1999 and attended the University of Hartford from 2000 - 2003. He was currently enrolled in Ulster County Community College, where he was studying electrical engineering.

Ryan was an avid fisherman, hiker, kayaker, skier and all around outdoorsmen. Ryan loved all sports whether participating or watching with his many friends. He was a devoted Mets, Giants and Notre Dame fan. His greatest joys in life however came from his family, Kristina and his son Jacob Ryan Panchak.

In addition to his parents and son he is survived by his sister Katie Panchak of Saugerties, his partner in life Kristina Hagen of Kingston, grandparents Agnes Straub of Kingston and George Panchak of Lady Lake, Fl as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather Joseph Straub and paternal grandmother Frances Panchak.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday at 11am at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Kingston.

Friends may call on Thursday September 23, 2010 from 2pm - 4pm & 7pm - 9pm at the funeral home.
