Ruth M. Nemeth

Ruth M. Nemeth, 82, of Ulster Park, passed peacefully Monday morning, October 19, 2015 at home with her family by her side. She was born June 23, 1933 in Keasbey, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Fullerton. She married Anthony "Tony" J. Nemeth, Sr. on October 4, 1952. He passed on December 2, 1994.

For many years, Ruth and Tony owned and operated Nemeth Orchards in Ulster Park. She was a devoted parishioner of Sacred Heart RC Church in Esopus.

Ruth is survived by her children, Betty Anne Paris and her partner Thomas Maynard of Ulster Park, Arlene Urban and her husband Ronald of Port Ewen, Patricia Nemeth of Ulster Park, Anthony J Nemeth, Jr. and his wife Janet of Hurley and Carol Nemeth and her partner Harry Hutton of Kingston. Her grandchildren, Christine Paris-Sessler and her husband Frank Sessler, Kathie Finch and her husband Joshua, Erika Massarone and her husband Gregory and Kevin Urban, three great granddaughters, Alexandra, Rebecca and Ruby. Also surviving are her sister Virginia Frank of Woodbridge, NJ, her sister-in-law Barbara Fraundorfer of Cranbury, NJ and several nieces and nephews.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen. The family will receive their friends on Wednesday from 4 - 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart R.C. Church on Thursday at 10:00 am. Burial in Hurley Cemetery.
