Rose Cutler, 98, of Albany, NY, formerly of Kingston, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center in Albany, NY.
Born in Starya, Konstantine near Kiev in what is now known as the Ukraine, she was the daughter of the late David and Esther (Silver) Baron. She was employed as a bookkeeper for the Ronay Handbag Company in New York, NY until her retirement.
Rose was the wife of the late Hyman Cutler whom she married on March 30, 1941.
Rose enjoyed volunteering for Ahaveth Isreal, knitting, and sewing, but most of all she loved cooking and spending time with her beloved family.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol C. Aaronson and her husband, Norman, of Woodstock, NY, her son, Steven A. Cutler, and his wife, Cindy, of Aurora, CO, her sister, Evelyn Feinman, of Boynton Beach, FL, and her brother in-law, Arthur Schorr of Tamarac, FL. Four grandchildren, Lauren Aaronson (David Rodriguez), Emily Aaronson, Michelle Cutler, Michael Cutler and a great grandson Casper Rodriguez also survive.
In addition to her parents, two sisters, Sylvia Schorr and Ethel Braver, predeceased Rose.
A funeral service will be held at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral home on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rabbi Zoe Zak officiating.
Burial in Montrepose Cemetery will follow.
