Rolland W Carson

Rolland W. Carson of Middletown and Tomkins Cove, NY passed away December 30, 2007 at the age of 56. Born May 7, 1951 in East Orange, NJ to Wayne and Mildred Carson, Rolland was a Research Scientist with Wyeth Pharmaceutical, in their Pharmacutical Developement Division, in Pearl River, NY, and previously worked for Union Carbide in Sterling Forest, NY. He attended Morrisville College where he studied journalism. Rolland was a music and Blues buff and performed at various venues and frequented Blues festivals. He is survived by 1 brother John Carson of Guilford, NY, 3 sisters, Virginia Schecter of Syracuse, NY, Patricia Carson of Roswell, GA., and Carol Carson of Kingston, NY. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 5, 2007 from 4:00 PM to6:00 at Keyser Funeral Home 216 Broadway Port Ewen, NY 12466.
