Robert T. MacArthur, 27, of Kingston passed away July 10, 2011.
Bob was born in Dunedin, Florida to Maureen MacArthur of Kingston & Robert T. Arick of Brooksville, Fl.
Bob, or "Horse" as some friends called him, was a student at UCC in the criminal justice program. He was an avid weight lifter and enjoyed working out daily.
At the time of his death he was employed at NOCO Energy, Sawkill as a truck driver.
In addition to his parents, Bob leaves behind his twin sister, Audrey MacArthur of Kingston, and his stepmother, Judy Arick, his sisters Tiffany & Nikki Arick of Florida, his nephew Cole Thorpe-MacArthur, his niece Liliana Hobart, his girlfriend Nakeesha Smith of NYC, his maternal grandfather, Claude MacArthur of Florida and his wife Kathleen MacArthur, his paternal grandparents A.W. and Patricia Arick of Florida. Several aunts, uncles and cousins, and a lifelong friend Donald Fowler who was always there for him. Bob was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Isabelle B MacArthur.
Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. A celebration of his life will be conducted on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Pointe of Praise Family Life Center, 243 Hurley Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401-2402 (339-4615.)
