Robert E. Trenholm

Robert E. Trenholm, 67, of Connelly, NY, died Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at The Kingston Hospital. He was born February 2, 1944 in Manhattan to the late Edward and Helen (Woza) Trenholm.




He was married to his loving wife Kate L. (Westbrook) Trenholm, they wed on July 8th 1964.




Bob came from a family of electricians and decided he would follow in his father's footsteps. He worked for many years for Hercules and the Local 806 before he started his own business, Trenholm Electric, which became very successful.




Bob loved to play darts and horseshoes. He was an avid sports fan and loved the Jets and the Mets.




In addition to his wife he is survived by his children; Toni Washington and her husband Walter of Connelly, Kelly Trenholm of Connelly and Robert Trenholm Jr. of Kingston, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, his brothers, John Blake and his wife Judy, Edward Trenholm and his wife Nancy, James Trenholm and his wife Debbie and Patrick & Dennis Trenholm, as well as many nieces and nephews.




Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 where friends may call on Monday from 10 - 1 pm. A service will be held after the visitation at 1pm with Rev. Harold R. Jolley, officiating.




Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Ewen, in the spring.
