PHILIP ABDALLAH
October 11, 1951 to May 1, 2010
The Gleaming light of our beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, great-uncle, nephew, and friend; has stop shinning in this world.
Philip attended Kingston High School and soon after graduating enlisted in the US Army during the Vietnam War. After Nam, he spent a brief time living in Texas doing construction, were he dated a girl, who would later be his wife.
He moved to San Diego around 1974, were he played semi-pro football, as a quarterback, and became the head of a structural concrete company. He built high rises, did a lot of work for Camp Pendleton, and built Shamoo's Happy Harbor, among lots of other things for Mexico to L.A. He was very big in playing any sport, but his biggest love was his three girls. He coached all three in soccer, and the other girls on the teams adored him like a father as well.
He is truly missed here, but is surely happy with his true Father in heaven.
He joins his father, Albert who passed in 2004, and older brother, Joseph who passed in 2008.
He is survived by his mother Mildred Abdallah of Kingston, his sister Elise Abdallah of Kingston, NY, one brother Geoffrey Abdallah of Rifton, NY, his daughters Amber Peterson of Texas, Lindsay Abdallah-Hill and Mariah Abdallah both of San Diego CA. His Grandchildren Kailah Abdallah of Texas, and Amara Hill, of San Diego, CA.
