Pearl V. Hill, 87, of Kingston, passed peacefully, with her family by her side, Thursday afternoon, May 16, 2013 at Ten Broeck Commons, Lake Katrine, She was born August 25, 1925 in Kingston, the daughter of the late Irving and Edith Petersen Brown.

She was the wife of the late Harry L. Hill, Sr. he died on September 19, 1984.

She was a member of Reformed Church of The Comforter, and had been a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Ulster Hose #5. She had enjoyed bowling, having for years bowled with her husband in the Sunday Night Mixed League.

Pearl is survived by her son Harry Hill, Jr. and his wife Linda Eckert Hill, of Kingston, a sister; Anna Dyer of Kingston, two brothers, Irving Brown and his wife Agnes of Kingston and Edgar Brown and his wife Trudy of West Hurley, a sister in law Marge Brown of Kingston and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Roxanne Hill, two brothers, William and George Brown

Entrusted to the care of Eric Keyser, Keyser Funeral Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston. The family will receive their friends on Sunday from 1 - 4 pm. Members of Ulster Hose #5 Ladies Auxiliary will meet at 3:30 PM to pay respects to their departd member. The service will be will be held on Monday at 10:30 am the Rev. Dr. David M. Brechter, officiating. Burial in Mt. Marion Cemetery.
