Paul "Paulie" J. Martino, Jr.

d. February 24, 2021

Paul “Paulie” Martino, Jr., 29, of Hurley, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

Born in Kingston, he was the son of Paul Martino, Sr and Margaret McSpirit Martino.

Paulie came into our family with his sparkling eyes and contagious smile. He brought along with him his joyful, loving personality who warmed the hearts of everyone he came in contact with. Growing up Paulie was an energetic, fearless boy who took life by the reins. So much so that he had a need for speed at a very young age. At only two years old Paulie had his first dirt bike and was hooked the moment his hand was on the throttle. He went on to be a truly gifted street and dirt bike rider and car enthusiast. He was a natural entrepreneur and had a strong work ethic in the electrical field far beyond his years! Along with his courageous, carefree spirit, Paulie had a tremendously, huge heart that he wore on his sleeve. Whether it was offering a helping hand, rescuing stray animals, or being there for friends and family in a time of need. Paulie was always there. The most prized gift of Paulie’s life was his daughter, Abigail Rose “Rosie” .The epicenter of his life, the apple of his eye. He was a proud, dedicated father whose world revolved around her. His love for her will be never ending. Paulie’s spirit will live on through his beloved Rosie. Our lives will forever be altered by the loss of our dear boy Paulie. His presence touched so many lives and will leave an enormous void in all of our hearts.

In addition to his parents, Paulie is survived by his daughter, Abigail Rose Martino and her Mother Sierra Gulick, Uncle John Martino, Aunt CJ and Uncle Bob Schrowang. Uncle Pete Martino, Uncle Eddie McSpirit. Aunt Jane McSpirit, Aunt Colleen McSpirit, and his cousins, John Martino Jr. and his wife Cristi, Jake and Gianni Martino, Josh Martino and Anisa Ago, Tristan Martino, Jennifer Martino and Danny Kurtz, Sophia Martino, Bobby Schrowang Jr, Molly Rose and Michael McSpirit, Matthew and Samantha Potyak, and Ryan Sherman. Paulie is also predeceased by Grandparents, Jeanette and Frank Martino, Charlotte and Edward McSpirit, and cousin, Skylar Martino.
