Patricia A. Payne

Patricia A. Payne, 88, of Castleton On Hudson, NY, formerly of Hurley, NY, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at home. She was born on June 14, 1930 in Plattsburgh, NY the daughter of the late Alvin Barber and Ella Barber. The two most important things in Patricia's life were her faith and her family.

Patricia is survived by her children, Deborah Sweet and her husband Brian, and Kenneth W. Payne, Jr. and his wife Debra, her dear sister, Annis Knackel and her husband Robert, as well as 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Kenneth W. Payne, and her daughter, Rebecca Chast, and her brothers, Robert and Glenn Barber.

Arrangements entrusted to the care of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Wednesday March 13, 2019 from 11am to 12pm with the Celebration of Life taking place at 12pm. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Coxsackie, NY.
