Michael L. Ferrendino, 60, of East Kingston, died Wednesday, June 06, 2012 at Benedictine Hospital. Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Joseph & Theresa Guido Ferrendino. Michael loved painting, carpentry and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Donna Jones Ferrendino of East Kingston, a son, Michael Ferrendino of East Kingston, his brother, Joseph M. Ferrendino and his wife Diane of West Shokan, mother in law, Louise Jones of Lake Katrine, sister in laws, Luanne and her husband Sam, Sheila, Julie and her husband Frank, nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Laura, Daniel, Sam, Stephanie, Kelly, Ava and Zacery. Aunts and cousins also survive. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his brother, James J. Ferrendino. Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral procession will form on Saturday from the funeral home at 8:45 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Colman Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. The family request that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St., East Syracuse, NY 13057 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
