Max Nizewitz

Max Nizewitz of Ardonia Plattekill Rd., Clintondale died Monday, October 26, 2009 at Vassar Bros. Hospital in Poughkeepsie. He was 87. He was born December 16, 1921 in New York City, a son of the late Joseph and Lillie Nizewitz. Max worked for many years at Gateway Industries in Kingston and resided in family care. Surviving is his brother, Leonard Nizewitz and his sister, Miriam Kolnick, both of New York City. Graveside services will be conducted Friday at Beth Moses Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY Local arrangements are by Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston.
