Mary S. Reynolds

Mary S. Reynolds, 82, of Port Ewen, died Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Golden Hill Health Care Center, Kingston. She was born January 25, 1927 in Kingston to the late Frank and Frances (Repke) Motrie.




She was the wife of the late John "Jack" G. Reynolds who died January 23, 1993. Mrs. Reynolds was a graduate of Kingston High School, class of 1945




She was a parishioner of Presentation R.C. Church. At one time she was a diamond cutter for the Atlas Diamond Company of New York City, she had been very active at Hidden Harbor Yacht Club and had been a cub scout leader.




Mary is survived by her son Bruce S. Reynolds and his wife Dianna of Shokan, grandchildren Colby Reynolds and his wife Blair and Marissa Reynolds, great grandchildren Rylan and Reisa Reynolds, a niece Shirley Ann Koening, Seymour, CT. She was the mother of the late Gary G. Reynolds and sister of the late Jack, Joseph, Frank and Robert Motrie.




Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 216 Broadway, Port Ewen. The family will receive their friends on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The procession will form on Wednesday at 9:15 am and proceed to Presentation R.C. Church where at 10:00 am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Carl Johnson.




Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston.
