Mary Appa DeCicco, formerly of Fourth Ave., Kingston died Friday evening at TenBroeck Commons Nursing Home. She was 93.
A native and lifelong Kingston resident, she was born February 18, 1915, a daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie Saputo Appa.
Mrs. DeCicco previously worked at I.B.M., Kingston. She retired in 1977.
A parishioner of St. Mary's Church, she belonged to the Ladies Society of Santa Maria.
Her husband, Joseph J. DeCicco, died April 14, 1984. Three sisters Erma Argulewicz, Anna Sickler and Edith "Peggy" Berardi and two brothers Albert Appa and Eugene Apa all died previously.
She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.
Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Sunday from 5:00 8:00 p.m. The funeral procession will form on Monday at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
