Marion Theresa Johnson

Marion T. Johnson, 86, of Ellenville, formerly of Stone Ridge, died Friday, January 27, 2012 at The Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was born May 25, 1925 in Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada.

She was married to Alfred Johnson who passed away in 1976.

Marion was an accomplished painter and enjoyed reading and writing.

She is survived by her children; Robert "Darrell" Johnson of Woodbourne, NY, Judith E. McDonald and her husband Robert of Kansas City, KS, Leland C. Johnson and his wife Diane of Glen Burnie, MD and Karen E. Moss and her husband Michael of Neversink, NY, 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 where friends may call on Tuesday from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to, Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, 195 Hudson St., Cornwall on the Hudson, NY, 12520.
