Marilyn Simson

Marilyn Simson, 76, of Port Ewen, NY, died Friday, December 5, 2008 at her residence surrounded by her loving sisters who had cared for her for many years. She was born August 2, 1932 in Kingston, NY to the late James M. and Katharine (Kraus) Hutton.

She was married to the late Rudolf Simson who died January 18th, 2003. She was a graduate of Kingston High School, class of 1949. Marilyn was a life long member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, and was a devoted volunteer at the Town of Esopus Library in Port Ewen

Marilyn is survived by her sisters Janet Hutton and Phyllis Hutton both of Kingston, NY, and is survived by nieces and nephews.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, where services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 am. Rev. Leroy Ness, officiating. Friends may call on Monday from 2- 4 & 7 - 9. Burial in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
