Margaret R. Paulson

Margaret ''Marree'' (O'Reilly) Paulson, 69, of Kingston, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. She was born September 20, 1942 in Kingston to the late William and Gertrude (Falvey) O'Reilly.

She was married to Donald Paulson; they wed on June 15th 1968. Donald passed away in 1999. She graduated high school from the Academy of St. Ursula and attended Cabrini College in PA. Marree was a Receptionist for Sawkill Family Medicine in Hurley for more than twenty years. She was a former president of the Stone Ridge Nursery School, member of the Junior League of Kingston, Trail Sweepers Ski Club and volunteered with the Friends of Historic Kingston. Marree was a co-author of the Stone Ridge Library Cook Book from which several of her contributing recipes were published in various editions of Better Homes and Gardens Cook Books.

She is survived by her children; Janet Falconi (Glenn) of Colorado, Donald Paulson Jr. (Abbi) of Maine, Linda Pisano-Botsford of Fl, Katie Corey (Matt) of Ballston Spa, Patrick Paulson of Kingston, her siblings, Patricia Murphy of Kingston, Mary Troy of Goshen, Timothy O'Reilly of Plymouth, MA, 6 grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Marree is predeceased by her siblings, William O'Reilly Jr., Marie Therese Godwin and John O'Reilly.

Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, where friends may call on Wednesday from 4 - 7 pm. The funeral procession will form on Thursday at 9am and proceed to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church where at 10am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Stone Ridge.
