Madison Marie Creagan

Madison Marie Creagan,14, of West Shokan was granted her angel wings on Sunday, August
14, 2016. she was born May 18th, 2002 in Albany, N.Y. to Barry Creagan, Jr and Lauren (Ridner) Creagan. With Madison's passing we remind others that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her everyday, especially her winning smile and always positive attitude, she will forever remain in our hearts.

Madison was a student at Onteora High School where she was a member of the National Junior Honor Society, and played on the Field Hockey Team. Madison will be missed by her many friends and classmates, especially, Eva Leonard, Angie VanLeuvan and her cousin Veronica Yander.

She is survived by her mother, Lauren Creagan and her significant other George Stephenson and her father, Barry Creagan Jr., his fiance Rebecca DeGondea, and her brother, Justin Creagan. Madison also shared a special sibling relationship with Lilyana DeGondea, Kaitlyn and Brendan Stephenson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Walt "Poppie" Lange, Barry Creagan Sr., Sharon (Sam) Thomas, and Ronnie Ridner, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Predeceased by her grandmother, Marie Murphy Creagan and great great grandmother, Frances Prusack.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston. Friends and family may visit from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday August 29th at Grace Community Church, 160 Seremma Court, Lake Katrine, NY 12449. A private funeral service will take place on Tuesday August 30th at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, Pastor Wesley E. Smith, Jr., officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
