Lucille Williams, our beloved, is with the Lord. After a brief illness, she was reunited with her husband, the Rev. Willard E. Williams, who predeceased her in 1983. Lucille loved her Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, and served Him faithfully throughout her life. Now for her is His promise fulfilled, I am the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in me shall never die. Her life was enriched by her love of music, painting, drawing, and gardening. Lucille used her gifts as an artist and musician for the glory of God, the enjoyment of her friends and family, and her own pleasure. She will be missed by her daughter Carol Conklin of Sugar Grove, VA, daughter Beverly Sickler and her husband the Rev. Steve Sickler of Port Ewen, and daughter Arlene Patschke and her husband Bob of Clarksville, MD. She is survived by her brother Elmer Geiger and his wife Ellen of Clark, NJ. Lucille is also survived by her grandchildren Willard Conklin, April Mae Marshall, Michelle Patschke, Adele Rohner, Jennifer Sickler, Rebecca Sickler and Kira Jo VonRonn, and 8 great grandchildren.




Lucille was born on May 16, 1922 to Peter and Rosa Geiger in Minooka, PA. She grew up in Elizabeth NJ where she met her husband the Rev. Willard E. Williams. They were married in Trinity Pentecostal Church in Elizabeth, NJ in 1944. Over the years Lucille ministered with her husband in Assembly of God pastorates in North Carolina, New Jersey and New York. Lucille was a leader in Women's and Children's ministries, serving in the Hudson Valley Section of the Assemblies of God since 1950. Before moving to The Manor at Woodside in Poughkeepsie, NY, she lived for 24 years in High Falls, NY where she was an active member of the Lomontville Assembly of God Church. Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, visitation will take place on Friday July 9th from 2 - 4 & 7 - 8 pm. At 8 pm a Memorial service will take place at the funeral home. Interment will be at Slocum Cemetery, Wilkesboro, PA.
