Louis Esposito

Louis "Louie" Frank Paul Esposito, 60, of Gilboa NY died December 13th, 2024, after a brief illness. He was born September 21, 1964, in Catskill, to the late Ellen (Denniston) and Louis Esposito Sr of Athens N.Y.

Louis is survived by his wife Cynthia Esposito, stepdaughter Morgan La Shier and his siblings Shelly Esposito-Steenburn, Dean Esposito, Jackie Esposito and Renee Weiss. Louis is preceded in death by former wife JoAnn Esposito. Louie also leaves behind many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly, along with countless lifelong friends (Charlie Olivett) and coworkers.

Louie was employed by Catskill Central School District at the time of his passing. Prior to this, he spent close to 30 credited years working with NYS Iron Workers. He attended Coxsackie Athens High School and played varsity football. Louie was an avid, lifelong hunter and enjoyed spending his time outdoors fishing and exploring. When not doing this, you could always find him on his Harley riding through the countryside or at a biker rally with friends and family. He was also a lifelong Yankees fan.

A memorial service to honor Louis's life will be held at a later date.
