Lorraine Puetz Stoddard

Lorraine Puetz Stoddard, 101, of Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, passed peacefully Sunday evening, December 21, 2014 at Golden Hill Health Care Center. She was born October 11, 1913 the daughter of the late Joseph and Minnie Avery Middagh.


Lorraine was a parishioner of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, she had worked at Kingston Hospital in the cafeteria, at Golden Hill Health Care Center in the activities department and also for many years was a volunteer at Benedictine Hospital. She enjoyed crocheting, bingo and spending time with her family.


She is survived by her loving family Joseph K. Puetz and his wife Cynthia, grandchildren Brian Puetz of Kingston, Daniel Moore, Judy Cash, Patricia Medlin and Robert A. Moore all of North Carolina. She was predeceased by a son Arnold P. Puetz, a daughter Frances Moore, her husbands Joseph Puetz and Marvin Stoddard and her brothers Joseph and Claude Middagh


Entrusted to the care Eric Keyser, Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, the family will receive their friends on Friday from 4 - 7 pm


The procession will form on Saturday at 9 am and proceed to St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church where at 10 am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial in St. Peter's Cemetery
