Lorraine Malin, 71, of Kingston, died Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born in Brooklyn, she was a daughter of the late Irving & Zelda Ross Malin. Lorraine attended Juliard School of Music and enjoyed playing the saxophone and the clarinet. She loved the town of Phoenicia with the view of its mountains and country side. Lorraine also enjoyed cooking and having French Poodles, her favorite being Nadia. She was best described by her son as being a sweet and strong willed individual.
Lorraine is survived by her son, David H. Malin of Kingston.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Montrepose Cemetery at 12:30 PM, with Rabbi Yael Romer from Congregation Emanuel, officiating.
