Lorraine Bridge

Lorraine Bridge, 80, of St. Remy died Saturday, August 23, 2008 at The Mountainview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Paltz, NY. She was born July 14, 1928 in Kingston, NY to the late Bernard and Orpha Every Hamilton. She was married to Harold Bridge who died on May 19, 2006.


Lorraine was a member of St. Remy Reformed Church and the AARP, she enjoyed gardening, crocheting, traveling and loved to write poetry.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter Linda Coons, Port Ewen, NY, Tammie Delaney of Pittston, PA, son Bruce Solomon of Manson, NC, sister Marlene Sandy, Poughkeepsie, NY, brother Walter Hamilton, Kingston, NY, 6 Grandsons, 2 Great Grandson, 1 Great Granddaughter, many nieces and nephews.


Graveside service will be held on Wednesday 11 am at the Riverview Cemetery in Port Ewen. Rev. Dr. David Brechter, officiating.
