Loretta Y. Rahm

Loretta (Guisto) Rahm, 83, formerly of Hurley, passed away May 6th 2013 at Woodland Pond at New Paltz. She was born January 5, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Vincento Guisto and Maria (DiSalvo) Guisto.

She was married to her loving husband Frank Rahm, they wed on January 23rd 1949. Frank passed away on December 4th 2001. Loretta graduated from Franklin K. Lane High School in Brooklyn. She was a secretary for Dr. Harry McNamara in Hurley, before retiring in 1988. Loretta was a member of The Kingston Bridge Club. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining. She especially loved company and spending time with her family and friends.

Loretta is survived by her children Frank Rahm and his wife Brigitte of Cottekill, NY, Denise Regan of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Marianne Bennett and her husband Todd of Kingston, NY, grandchildren, Stephen Regan and his wife Brenda, Christopher and Patrick Rahm, Alicia and Ana Bennett as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved dog and companion Maisey.

In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her siblings, Jennie Bonanni, Mamie Netrosio, Charles, Joseph and James Guisto.

Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, where friends may call on Friday from 4 - 8pm. The funeral service will take place on Saturday at 10am at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery, Kingston.
