Loretta Hesleitner

Loretta (Day) Hesleitner, 93, of Kingston, NY, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017. She was born August 21, 1923 in Beacon, NY to the late Samuel and Helen (DuBois) Day. She was married to John Hesleitner who passed away on June 24, 2000. Loretta was a long time member and deaconess at Kingston Alliance Church.


Loretta is survived by her son, John W. Hesleitner, Sr. and his wife Elizabeth of Kingston, her grandchildren, Bernadette Judware and her husband Mike of Saugerties, John W. Hesleitner, Jr. and his wife Nicole of Ulster Park, great grandchildren, Ashley, Victoria, Danelle, and Colby, great great grandchildren, Isabella and Raymond, her siblings, Evelyn Brisbose of Rifton, and Sonny Dewitt Day of North Carolina, as well as several nieces and nephews.


Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Sunday March 5 from 2pm to 4pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday March 6 at 10am at Kingston Alliance Church with burial follow in New Paltz Rural Cemetery.
