Linda L. Brinkman

Linda L. Brinkman, 68, of Lake Katrine, NY, passed away Friday, surrounded by her loving family, December 30, 2016. She was born September 22, 1948 in Kingston, to the late Frederick and Dorothy (Deyo) Brinkman.


She was a graduate of Ulster County Community College and SUNY New Paltz. She loved reading, ceramics, and animals, especially her beloved cats. She was a very kind and thoughtful, daughter, sister, and aunt. Linda was especially kind and loving to her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.


Linda had been a Lab Technician for Kingston Hospital, she retired from Ferroxcube / Philips Plant in Saugerties and was most recently a Human Resource Specialist at Ten Broeck Commons Nursing Home in Lake Katrine.


She is survived by her siblings, Kathryn McNally and her husband Mark of Lake Katrine, Wayne Brinkman of Lake Katrine, Shirley Redmond and her husband Michael of Virginia Beach, VA, Brenda Every of Ruby, her nieces and nephews, Glenna Burke, Terrence Burke, Katie Reihbandt and her husband Todd, Michael Burke, Caitlin Johnson, Jordan Redmond, Michaela Redmond, Shaelynn Every, as well as eight great nieces and nephews.




Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Tuesday from 3 - 6 pm. The Celebration of Linda's Life will be at 6 pm.
