Lillian H. DiBella of Washington Ave., Kingston died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at her home. She was 73.
She was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late August and Marion Bernard Colao. She attended St. Mary's School and later worked at Colonial Knitwear.
On July 3, 1960 Lillian married Alfred DiBella. A parishioner of St. Joseph's Church, for 7 years they resided in Sunrise, Florida. Lillian was a dedicated caregiver to her son, Alfred, and offered her heart and soul to her entire family.
Beloved wife of Alfred DiBella, loving mother of Alfred DiBella Jr. at home, Renato DiBella and his wife Helena of Kingston, Joseph DiBella and his wife Sarah of Kingston; grandmother of Marco, Michela, Marina, Fiona and Natalia DiBella; sister of the late Frances Rittie, Carol Tierney, August and Charles Colao; many nieces and nephews.
Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Sunday from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. The funeral procession will form on Monday at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 a.m. by Fr. Frank Damis.
