Kenneth M. Gaddy, 71, passed on at his home in the Town of Kingston on January 10, 2020.
Born in Brooklyn, Kenneth was the son of the late Victoria Tietjen and Ralph Gaddy.
Ken was a veteran who served in the USMC from 1967-1969. He was devoted to his Torah studies and lived accordingly. He took great pleasure in caring for his birds, his dog Alphie, and his plants. Ken cared deeply for his family, extended family, and longtime caregiver
Donna. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his sons Ralph and Heath Gaddy and daughters Vivian, Shona and Laura-Jean. Ken is survived by his youngest brother Don, of Houston Texas, Roderick and Edward Gaddy also of Kingston, and by his sister Christine Ashdown of Kingston. He has several nieces,
nephews, cousins and two generations of grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ken was predeceased by his sister, Victoria Van Etten.
A graveside service will be held at Montrepose Cemetery on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Rabbi Yitzchok Hecht of Congregation Agudas Achim, officiating.
