Kathryn E. Alvarez

Kathryn E. Alvarez, 61, of Kingston, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015. She was born July 27, 1954 in Hudson, NY. She was married to Eduardo Alvarez, Sr., who passed away in 1992. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren more than anything. She took great pride in her cooking and her amazing ability to clean.

Kathy is survived by her daughter Lesette Alvarez, Kingston, NY, son Ricardo Alvarez, Kingston, NY, Eduardo Alvarez, Jr., John D. Alvarez, Kingston, NY, grandchildren, Joshua Isaiah Alvarez-Mapes, Ariana Kathryn Alvarez-Mapes, Eduardo Angelo Alvarez, Alaric James Alvarez, her sister, Yvonne Colon as well as several other siblings, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her husband she is predeceased by her mother, Eva Quick.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Wednesday from 5 to 8pm with a Memory Service at 7pm.
