Judith Hughes Quick of Kingston, died Monday, December 21, 2015 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus.
Born in Delhi, NY, she was a daughter of the late Floyd & Nella Coan Miller. Judy was a member of the Bloomville United Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir. She also the founder and operator of the Mom's & Pop's Taxi Service.
Judy is survived by her son, Allen L. Hughes, Jr., five siblings, Linda Davidson, Floyd E. Miller, Marilyn Olson, Kathleen Rowles and Melanie Snyder, two grandchildren, Allen L. Hughes, III and William Hughes, her fianc, Daniel Market, her ex husband, John V. Quick and a stepson, Alvin Quick. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, Judy was predeceased by her first husband, Allen L. Hughes, Sr., one brother, Charles D. Miller and one sister, Jaqueline Larocque.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. James United Methodist Church on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
Interment will be held in the spring at the Riverside Cemetery, Bloomville, NY.
