Joyce Caramine Radcliffe

Joyce Caramine (Massa) Radcliffe, 83, of Kingston, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Golden Hill NRC in Kingston. She was born July 16, 1932 in Williamsport, PA to the late Carmen and Phyllis Massa. She was married 64 years to William E. Radcliffe, Sr., they wed on April 25th 1952 at the Church of the Comforter in Kingston.


Joyce was homemaker and involved with many church activities with her husband. She was a woman of great leadership, ability, faith, and compassion. She had boundless energy and enthusiasm for God, people, and life, which was contagious. A tremendous example and mentor for her children and grandchildren, she left a powerful imprint on the lives of many people. We give thanks to God for a special woman who loved life to the fullest. Throughout her life Joyce was involved in so many activities and things with people she loved and cared about. Her number one activity was being a faithful servant to her lord Jesus.


In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, William E. Radcliffe, Jr., her daughter, Joanne (Radcliffe) Freer and her husband Michael, her granddaughters, Heather Steltz, Shannon (Radcliffe) Geisler and her husband Gabe, her great granddaughter, Taylor Radcliffe, her sister, Joan (Massa) Colao, her brother, James Massa and his wife Ginny, and her sister-in-law, Mary Massa. She is predeceased by her brother, Gene Massa.


Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Wednesday February 10th from 3 to 5pm with the funeral service starting at 5pm. A memorial service at Fountain of Life Church will be held on Saturday February 20th at 11am.
